Mitigate Dangerous Situations With Tree Support Cables.
Often trees grow in ways that, while beautiful and shade-providing, are not safe and potentially a serious hazard. This can happen if a tree is not properly “trained” in its youth by a skilled arborist. It can also happen if the tree has been improperly pruned or has suffered major damage.
Instead of simply cutting the tree down we can often save it by installing a support cable system or other form of support depending on the situation. We only use the most modern practices outlined by the International Society of Arboriculture and the American National Standards Institute to cable and support trees.
Support cables can last for up to 10 to 15 years in a tree, although they should be inspected by an experienced Arborist once every two to three years and adjusted or replaced as necessary. If you have large limbs that lean at bad angles over your property or where they could cause damage, give us a call and we can assess the situation and come up with a plan that ensures that your favorite shade tree will be safe for years to come.
